The mission and goals of the Lang Lang Arts Foundation are to help more Chinese children gain access to arts education and fulfill their musical dreams. Through the power of music, we aim to assist and influence a wider audience, illuminating lives with music and gathering warmth through art. To achieve this, the foundation conducts various public welfare activities, including donating piano classrooms to rural areas in China, providing training for grassroots music teachers, and exploring music therapy for children with autism. Based on the successful implementation of these public welfare projects, the foundation has extensively promoted arts education and public welfare content. The Lang Lang International Music Foundation maintains long-term collaborations with major domestic media outlets, dedicated to promoting arts education in China and raising awareness about the importance of children's arts education. Our hope is that more Chinese children can grow up healthy and happy with the companion of art.
In the future, the foundation will continue to support more children and institutions in need, while constantly developing new projects to diversify philanthropy and provide more children with opportunities for better arts education, opening up broader life paths. Additionally, the foundation will further mobilize and integrate resources from all sectors, gathering goodwill from the society to jointly support and explore the development of arts education in China.
As Lang Lang said, bringing music to children means giving them a bigger world. We believe that arts lighten up children’ life.
