"Happy Keys" Music Together Classes is the flagship public welfare project of the Lang Lang Arts Foundation. It evolved from the "Keys of Inspiration" public welfare project, which has been operated by the Lang Lang International Music Foundation for ten years. This project has a solid foundation and rich operational experience.
"Happy Keys" Music Together Classes Project aims to provide children with professional music learning equipment and a playful "Play to Learn" educational approach, giving more children the opportunity to engage with music, learn the piano, and experience the wonder and beauty of the musical world. This project fosters imagination and creativity in children.
The project consists of three main components: piano classroom donations, music teacher training and capacity building, and student music and art exchange performances. Based on the actual needs of the schools, the foundation donates smart piano equipment and teaching materials, complemented by high-quality intelligent teaching software that makes learning enjoyable for children. The donated piano classrooms can be used not only for school piano interest classes but also as an auxiliary tool for music lessons or in conjunction with school celebrations and performances.
As the Chinese saying goes, "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." In addition to donating hardware and software equipment, the foundation provides ongoing training and teaching support services for the music teachers at the recipient schools, leveling up teaching quality and personal development of the teachers. Moreover, the foundation organizes evaluations and non-periodic exchanges and performance activities to help local teachers and students broaden their horizons and improving themselves.
To date, the project has donated over 100 "Happy Keys" Music Together Classes across China.
