On October 31st, the Pechoin "Happy Keys" Music Together Classes project was inaugurated at Yuelu Experimental Primary School in Yue Lu District, Changsha. A donation ceremony was held at the school, attended by Lang Lang, Chairman of the Lang Lang Arts Foundation, along with members of the Lang family.
To welcome the arrival of the music classroom, talented students from Yuelu Experimental Primary School prepared performances. Young pianists from Lang Lang's team also visited the "Happy Keys" music classroom, interacting with the school children and inspiring them to study hard. The students at Yuelu Experimental Primary School admired and looked up to the exceptional piano skills of Lang Lang's team, expressing their aspirations to learn piano at the "Happy Keys" music classroom and to become as skilled as the elder members of Lang's team in the future.
In addition to donating music education equipment, the Lang Lang Arts Foundation has been committed to providing children with more and broader platforms to showcase their talents. On October 31st, at the Lang Lang "Spreading Love through Music" Gala, students from Yuelu Experimental Primary School's choir, alongside older siblings from Hunan University of Finance and Economics, performed the song "I Love You, China," showcasing the students' talent.
During the music gala, amidst the moving melodies, there were also heartwarming moments. Lang Lang, together with the philanthropic company Haipunokai Dairy Group, announced a donation to Bocai Yuchangping School in Yue Lu District, Changsha City.
Bocai Yuchangping School was formed by merging four rural primary and middle schools, adopting an advanced management model from Hunan Normal University Affiliated Middle School, while also maintaining the characteristics of rural compulsory education. In the near future, children here will also have the opportunity to learn music in a new music classroom, ensuring that the joyful melodies sustain in Changsha, composing new chapters of music together!
